* Technical Driven Approach: Improve project development efficiency/schedule by deeper technology insight to shorten the total throughput time less than half for new products to meet time to market goals.
* Project Management Capability: Coordinate internal & external customers’ requests/resources to come up with product specification to define schedule under budget control and realize them all.
